self-catering holiday cottage : Isle of Luing : near Oban

Changeover day can be flexible, depending on other bookings, but Saturdays are preferred.

The cottage will be available after 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival and we request that you leave no later than 10 a.m. at the end of your stay.

A deposit of 25% is requested when the initial booking is made, the balance to be paid no later than 3 weeks before your holiday starts. For holidays arranged less than 3 weeks in advance, the full balance is required when you book your stay.

We also require a damage deposit of £100 along with the final payment. We accept cheques and bank transfers. If no damage is incurred, the money will be refunded immediately after your stay.

If you have to cancel your booking and we are able to rebook the cottage for those dates, any payment you have made will be refunded in full. If you cancel with less than 3 weeks notice, the deposit will not be refunded. We realise that cancellation is sometimes necessary and suggest that you take out insurance cover.

We regret that pets can not be accommodated.

Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
